Founded in General Practice to help our community thrive.
Vertis Health was relaunched in 2024, 11 years after our initial inception as SW Healthcare in 2013.
We’re a federation of GP surgeries and PCNs in Worcestershire, serving over 600,000 NHS patients through a variety of local services.
Our community of GPs are our stakeholders, meaning we’re powered by the community we’ve created - and our goal is to find ways to make it easier for them to spend less time and money on administrative workload, and more time with their patients.
Our GP surgeries remain independent, while keeping the benefits of being part of a larger organisation - and we exist to protect the interests of our members through advocacy, business support, and revenue generation.
We’re ambitious about growth in our network - and so, our diversified services help our PCNs to reinvest in vital local healthcare initiatives, providing a sustainable future for their communities in the long term.
Our Values.
Together, we’re stronger.
So by working in partnership with practices and PCNs, we can improve our resilience, and help both their services and the people within them to flourish.
GPs need funding and support.
And by delivering programmes and developing innovative new services, we can build upon the advocacy of our clinical leads and find new ways to keep General Practice sustainable against ongoing pressures.
Collaboration is key.
By providing safe, reliable and high-quality services at scale, we can enable General Practice in Worcestershire to thrive – and by extension, we can enable the communities our members serve to do the same.
